Accessibility
Our commitment to building inclusive digital experiences for every user, regardless of ability.
Our Commitment
OneSupport, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our web properties, products, and services.
We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to all people — including those with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities — and work actively to create digital experiences that meet or exceed established accessibility requirements.
Visual Accessibility
Sufficient color contrast ratios, scalable text, and compatibility with screen readers and magnification tools.
Keyboard Navigation
Full keyboard operability across all interactive elements — no mouse required to use any core function.
Auditory Accessibility
Captions, transcripts, and text alternatives for audio and video content wherever applicable.
Cognitive Accessibility
Clear language, consistent navigation, and predictable interaction patterns to reduce cognitive load.
Standards & Guidelines
Our digital properties aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
We also apply guidance from the following frameworks and legal standards where applicable:
Accessibility Features
The following accessibility measures are actively implemented across our web properties:
Structural & Semantic
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks and heading hierarchy for logical content structure
- ARIA roles, states, and properties where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- Descriptive alt text on all informative images; decorative images marked as presentational
- Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content
Visual & Color
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds (4.5:1 for text)
- Information is never conveyed by color alone — iconography and labels are used alongside color cues
- Responsive layouts that reflow at up to 400% zoom without loss of content or functionality
- Focus indicators that are clearly visible and meet contrast requirements
Interactive & Motion
- All interactive elements operable via keyboard, with logical tab order
- No content flashes more than three times per second
- Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query
- Timeouts and auto-updating content can be paused, stopped, or extended
Forms & Inputs
- All form inputs have programmatically associated labels
- Error messages are descriptive and suggest corrective action
- Required fields and formatting expectations are communicated before submission
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of our site may not yet fully meet these standards. We are actively working to address the following:
- Certain legacy third-party embedded widgets may not be fully keyboard accessible
- Some older video content may lack captions or audio descriptions; we are in the process of retroactively captioning this library
- PDF documents published prior to 2023 may not be fully tagged for assistive technologies
We are committed to resolving known issues on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to achieve and maintain full AA conformance across all primary content and functionality.
